All our designs are created using Mac based InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator programs.

Once contacted, we prefer to have a initial phone design consultation and determine if a initial design meeting is necessary or wanted.

Once the design needs and expectations are addressed, Elan Graphics, Inc. will e-mail or fax a brief written outline of the discussed design ideas + fees, and time line for customer review and approval.

Once customer approval is signed, artwork is done, and PDF proofs will be sent via e-mail for final approval to release to CD. (*printed proofs are not available at this time, if necessary, direct costs of printed pages will incur.)

Once release to CD sheet is signed, Elan Graphics, Inc. will mail artwork Priority to client specified
ship to address.

Fees of Elan Graphics, Inc.: $75/hourly rate (small jobs, under 8 hours) Quotes submitted to client for approval on larger jobs.)Elan Graphics, Inc. will accept checks and by paypal.

Terms: 50% deposit to start design process, at time customer approval of written outline is signed.
The other remaining 50%, to release final artwork to CD for client, once release to CD sheet is signed.

Client will receive print ready artwork on CD disk via Priority Mail, once final payment is received.
CD Fee $10.00 (*per request, files can be e-mailed to client or dropped on ftp site)

We do not have printing partners at this time. Clients are responsible for finding printer options and
getting quotes for final product printing. Elan Graphics, Inc. will serve as a creative reference and
contact for any specific artwork questions, once the artwork CD is received by clients selected printer.

A printing specification guide of clients artwork will be included on CD of artwork released, in PDF format. Example: size, color, special printing instructions, and Elan Graphics contact information included.
